House NIOSH reminds us that "The days are long and full of hazards."

HBO's Game of Thrones was officially finished. NIOSH's Brenda Jacklitsch, PhD, MS posted a very delightful and informative article in the form of a parody of Game of Thrones.

This article claim that we should be sure to know our friends and foes before "Battle for Healthy Outdoor Workers", and explain what to do and what to avoid when you work outdoors with the format of Game of Thrones. For example, you can find sigil of House Hydration, and their words are "What is hydration can never dry." Of course, you can check the detailed scientific information regarding hydration in this article, e.g., "If in the heat 2 hours or less, drink 1 cup of water every 15 to 20 minutes. During prolonged sweating that lasts several hours, drink a sports drink."

You can find this delightful, helpful, and timely article on the NIOSH Science blog(https://go.usa.gov/xmdxv)
